By using this website or an INAXX product, you agree to use it lawfully and only with accounts, content and permissions you are authorised to control.
INX Social responsibilities
You remain responsible for reviewing content before publication, complying with the rules of each connected platform, and protecting your login details. You must not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful material.
Development status
Products described as in development, forming, preview or beta may change and may occasionally be unavailable. We may update, suspend or discontinue features where needed for security, platform compliance or product development.
Intellectual property
INAXX branding, website design and software are owned by INAXX or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you supply and grant the permissions required to process and publish it at your direction.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
