Disconnect a social account
Remove INX Social from the connected platform's business integrations or app permissions screen. This stops future access by the disconnected authorisation.
Request deletion from INAXX
Email contact@inaxx.co.uk with the subject INX Social data deletion. Include the email address used for INX Social and the name or identifier of the connected page. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What happens next
We will verify the request, delete or anonymise associated information that we are not legally required to retain, and confirm completion. We aim to respond within 30 days. Some security or transaction records may be retained where required by law.
