Option 1: Request deletion by email
Email contact@inaxx.co.uk with the subject INX Social Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address used for your INX Social account and, where relevant, the name of the connected Facebook Page. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other confidential credentials.
Option 2: Remove Meta access
You can remove INX Social from the business integrations or apps-and-websites section of your Meta or Facebook account. Removing the integration prevents future API access. It may not automatically delete all account records held by INX Social, so you should also submit a deletion request if you want your INX Social account data removed.
What we delete
- INX Social account profile information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Stored Facebook Page identifiers and connected access credentials.
- Saved publishing settings, captions, schedule configuration and related operational records.
- Device activation, licence-session and authentication records linked to the account.
Processing time
We will acknowledge a valid request and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve security, fraud, billing or dispute matters.
Verification and confirmation
For security, we may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Once deletion is complete, confirmation will be sent to the verified account email address.
